I’m Emma and I run the company with the help of the wonderful humans around me.  As the owner of EVA I am experienced in running my own small business and the challenges, highs, lows and surprises that come with it.

 

I have a background in Virtual Assistance although it wasn’t called that then, it was simply called multitasking for my small business and staying on top of everything!

 

I also have 10 years’ estate agency experience, small business support, book keeping, and HR.  Client relations, social media support and small business owner support are amongst my strengths. 

 

I am passionate about EVA and love seeing the difference our support makes in the day-to-day head space we free up for small businesses, sole traders and charities. I see first hand how us doing every day tasks for every day people can create extraordinary results.

 

I founded and run the named charity fund Be More Frank, I co-founded and co-run a community fundraising group, I also (try to) keep fit, and I enjoy eating, cooking and working on the elusive wellbeing and work/life balance.

 

I am a very proud Mother to my two boys, one is now a young adult and my youngest is forever 13 years old.

Meriel

Meriel has a wealth of knowledge and career experience.

 

She’s spent her career working across all three sectors (private, public, voluntary) from secretarial and clerical roles through to systems analysis, PR and HR leadership.

 

In recent years she retrained as a Coach. She is curious about systems, human and organisational and is a huge asset to the EVA  team.

 

Meriel’s a passionate VW Campervan owner, traveller, jam maker and choral singer.

Sarah

  • 16 years NHS experience

  • Private Healthcare sector

  • Diary management 

  • Clinic management 

  • CRM systems

Sarah worked in the NHS for 16 years, after which she worked exclusively in the private healthcare sector for 2 years. 

 

Sarah has extensive experience using systems including Midex pro, Healthcode & Writeup. 

 

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her kids and pets (We won’t list them all as we’d run out of space!) 

 

Sarah enjoys baking and gardening. She also volunteers for a national rabbit rescue charity as stray coordinator.

Suzanne

  • Medical admin

  • Medical transcription

  • Confidentiality & H&S awareness

  • Learning & Development

  • Extensive Microsoft experience

  • Safeguarding & child protection

Suzanne has a medical administration background.  She is well versed in medical transcription, minutes taking, team liaison via Zoom, Outlook and Teams including organising virtual meetings & recordings.

 

With her background she has a deep understanding of compliance, H&S and confidentiality.

 

She is experienced with many softwares including Microsoft, Glasscubes, Kallidus LMS, Cisco Jabber, Touchpoint, Articulate & Toggl & EMIS.

 

Suzanne is based by the sea in Somerset, she has daughters aged just 6 and 7, and enjoys gym time, swimming, yoga and diamond art.

 

Suzanne’s also embarking upon a 100 mile Challenge shortly!

Jo

Jo is highly organised, proactive, and has a great attention to detail. 

 

Whether you need help staying on track with a task, your mailbox managed and organised, or support with a project, Jo is your lady! 

 

Jo strives to anticipate clients' needs and ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately. She has a background in administration, property, and compliance. Jo’s worked with accountants, sales and lettings agents, and has 15 years’ scientific experience! 

 

This diverse career path has given Jo a deep understanding of compliance procedures, SOPs, and the ins and outs of both property and administrative support. 

 

She is fantastic at email and diary management, client onboarding, CRM management, property management, and customer support.

 

When she’s not working, Jo enjoys spending time with her two children who are 3 & 7.
